Insurance & Billing

We accommodate every insurance plan in which we are enrolled. Please contact your insurance company to determine if we are a participating provider in your network.

We assist in submitting insurance claims to your insurance provider but cannot assist you in understanding your insurance benefits. If you have questions about your particular plan or benefits, you should contact customer service at your insurance company.

We offer a discount for uninsured patients paying at the time of service.

We request all balances on accounts be paid in full by the end of each billing cycle, but will accommodate a biweekly or monthly payment plan when needed. Please speak to our business office about this option if you cannot pay your bill in full.

If our attempts to help accommodate your financial obligations to us fail, we will forward your account charges to a collection agency and will respectfully ask you to find medical care elsewhere.
